Leadership Experience

I am currently leading a start-up Center for Leadership, Entrepreneurship & Executive Education at the University of Montana. I am a Learning & Development professional having lead four University-based executive education programs in my career, including working several years at Simmons College in Boston with "best-places to work" companies (e.g. Deloitte, Verizon, World Bank) on women's leadership development and at the University of Western Australia with the extraction and manufacturing sector(s). I have consulted, designed and delivered leadership development programs for ~40 companies to develop their leadership capabilities. I also have lead marketing/fundraising/constituent development for two national environmental non-profits in Washington DC and have a passion for wildlife conservation and environmental protection. I am an accredited ICF Executive Coach managing a small boutique coaching firm - Integral Development Network- specializing in serving clients at the intersection of personal well-being and leadership performance.

How I want to participate in PowerHouse

I would be happy to host a Mentor Monday at the new Gilkey Building on the UM Campus in 2017.

I am new to Montana (2016) so I would love to join any networking event(s) to meet amazing women.

If the volunteer opportunity becomes available, I would be honored to serve in a broader leadership capacity for Powerhouse MT.

I manage a small coaching book-of-business & only a handful of clients at any given time. I can hold one space open for a coaching engagement (12 sessions) for a Powerhouse Montana (emerging) leader at a very nominal fee - contact me directly to see if there's space or to get on the waiting list.
