Skills

Elected to Missoula City Council Ward 5 with a term ending in 2020, I have experience on both sides of the house in marketing, communications, and advertising. With degrees in pharmaceutical and health sciences, as well as in advertising and marketing, I also have extensive experience in process engineering as it applies to business applications. Recently, I have sought to combine those skills and apply them to social justice issues.

I'm known as a bit of MacGyver in business problem solving, with marketing, communications, health sciences, process engineering experience.

Leadership Experience

I'm known as a bit of a MacGyver when it comes to problem solving. A childhood guided by a father who encouraged me to stretch my mental capacity, get my hands dirty, and focus on results, coupled with a detail oriented, highly compassionate mother yielded a highly flexible kid, me!

My strengths lie in the capacity to streamline processes and best align available resources to achieve quality results, while remaining infinitely flexible. In the past I have started several companies, and have been known to take leaps both intuitive and data driven. I've also had a career at an S&P top 50 company and understand top down management.

Not a fan of fluffy interactions, I tend to cut to the chase and get to the point quickly. I'm known for problem solving, and believe that preparation, timing and hard work solve nearly everything. I have degrees in advertising, marketing, pharmacy, and a masters in sports science.

I seek now to incorporate my intensive knowledge of public perception, process engineering and communications to further the social justice issues in our community, such as inequality in affordable housing, salaries, and making Missoula opportune for all.

I am open to brainstorming, mentoring, working with you on places you're "stuck", and finding ways for everyone to succeed.
