Crystal is a data scientist and conflict systems specialist with a passion for analytics and the exciting space where people and data collide.
My strengths stem from both my intrinsic flexibility and my desire to continue learning. I have leadership experience in government, nonprofit board membership, and in the private sector providing c-suite conflict coaching. In all settings, I thrive on and foster enthusiasm.
How I want to participate in PowerHouse
I am glad to be a resource for research design and other forms of inquiry. I am a resource for questions about data, analytics, and data collection and warehousing.
I teach Conflict Systems Design and can also be a resource for workplace conflict issues, conflict training, and healthy conflict engagement.
I am glad to assist other women as they seek to further their education, particularly navigating graduate school applications, thesis and dissertation work, and career planning.
