Lead InSite is a website behavioral analytics firm that focuses on the unique needs of senior living communities, active adult communities and their builder/developers. Using predictive personalization and machine learning algorithms, we provide the tools to empower website research, open new communication channels and deeply understand sales prospects.

 

We leveraged this proprietary technology to develop a Lifestyle Management App for master planned, active adult and luxury lifestyle club communities. Creating seamless and personalized experiences that activate residents.

 

April relies heavily upon her 25 years of C-level experience in consumer and B2B marketing with Pepsi, Kraft, and Armstrong, and as an independent strategic marketing consultant.

 

She is a senior fellow of the Design Futures Council (DFC), Former National Board member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and Former Regent of the American Architectural Foundation (AAF). While at Armstrong, she was active industry partner with the American Institute of Architects (AIA), International Interior Design Association, (IIDA) and US Green Building Council (USGBC) among other industry organizations.

 

In addition to ULI LRDC, April and Lead InSite is a member of NAHB 55+ Council and SWMBIA local chapter.

 

She holds a Marketing MBA from Indiana University and Communication degree from UC San Diego. She is an avid fly fisherman, amateur chef, classical pianist and burgeoning cellist.
