Leadership Experience

I am starting the YWCA Missoula’s  Retail and Customer Service Program.

We are pleased to announce YWCA Missoula’s free Retail and Customer Service Program. The program is designed to increase the employment readiness of participants using the Secret Seconds store as a means of gaining a stable career path. The program starts every third Tuesday of the month. It is a 40 hour course that consists of a combination of workplace readiness classes as well as on-the-job training in our retail stores. Upon completion of the program, the graduate will receive a certificate of completion, a letter of reference, and 100.00 Secret Seconds Bucks.

How I Want to Participate in PowerHouse

I would like to connect the graduates of the YWCA Missoula’s Retail and Customer Service Program with strong mentors of Montana. Personally, I hope to network and be inspired by the amazing, hard-working women of Missoula!
