Fundraising planning, Fundraising strategy, Holistic approach to budget development,
Kristina a multi-faceted fundraising professional with over 10 years of experience, successfully raising $10 million+ in support of incredible nonprofit organizations around the United States. She has helped nonprofits create fundraising departments from scratch (with zero resources), reframe strategies to increase revenue, grow major gift and planned giving programs, and secure emergency funding in times of crisis.
With a primary focus on individual giving, Kristina believes that every nonprofit organization, no matter its budget level, has the ability to make a positive and profound impact on the world. As a consultant, she works side-by-side with nonprofit staff and volunteers to create and implement a strategy for connecting with potential funders (especially individual and major donors). And, perhaps most importantly, Kristina sets nonprofits on a path for success that empowers them to achieve attainable (and sustainable) goals.
Kristina was born and raised in Orlando, FL. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences and also holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University. She is also a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Bozeman Business and Professional Women (BPW), and a founding member of SkyOro.
How I Want to Participate in PowerHouse
I am excited to join Powerhouse and broaden my network throughout the state of Montana.
I would also love to support other women that are looking to elevate their fundraising strategy, or even secure funds (and grants) for their own businesses. While my focus is primarily supporting nonprofit organizations I truly believe that my skillsets are transferable. It’s simply my goal in life to help others achieve their dreams, all while making our community (and world) a better place.
