I’m a creative entrepreneur based in the Flathead Valley, where I work with small businesses to tell their brand story through web and words, teach yoga, and connect women and men with safer personal care products as a Beautycounter manager. In addition, I’m a founding member of the Bigfork Village Market, the 2019 President of the Bigfork Art & Cultural Center Board, and a volunteer for Girls On The Run. Before starting my own business, I worked for over 15 years in private, non-profit, and government roles as well as significant volunteer efforts as the spouse of a military veteran. I have a BA from Boston College and an MA from the University of Washington. In February 2019, I’m helping to open Bigfork’s first co-working space, Camp CoWork.
How I Want to Participate in PowerHouse
I’m eager to meet and engage with women working as entrepreneurs and leaders. I’m seeking the opportunity to both meet new mentors, and to mentor others. Finally, I’m excited to develop my own skills and entrepreneurial base, to increase the scope and potential of my ventures in Montana, and to support and network with other women in leadership roles.
I grew up with deep roots in the west, splitting time between Montana and Colorado as a child. After nearly twenty years spent across the U.S. and abroad as a student, a military spouse and a government employee, I’m thrilled to be back in Montana permanently. Outside of the office, I’m an ultrarunner, yoga instructor, avid reader, and frequent traveler.
