Leadership Experience

Since entering the event arena in 2000, Courtney has dedicated her life to orchestrating masterpiece events for a variety of companies.  Her passion for doing things differently led her to opening her own event consulting firm, Event Allure, in 2014.  At Event Allure, Courtney focuses on helping corporate and non-profit companies design events that match their company goals and culture.

Prior to opening Event Allure, Courtney worked in several management positions for companies based in Seattle, Colorado and Montana.  Her passion for people is what drives her and any opportunity to help people grow personally or professionally is something that inspires her.

As a Co-Founder of No Safe Sallys, Courtney is committed to supporting other business women in both their personal and professional lives; fostering an environment in which females with an entrepreneurial spirit feel supported and have access to mentors and other female business leaders; and being a positive voice for the community. No Safe Sallys is dedicated to helping young girls to grow into themselves and to help them to find comfort in being different, embracing their weird, and figuring out ways to deal with the good, the bad, and how to use their story in positive ways and most of all find their happy!

How I Want to Participate in PowerHouse

PowerHouse Montana is absolutely incredible and offers a chance to connect with inspiring women throughout the state.  I am eager to learn from all of the women and am here to help them any way I can.
