How I Want to Participate in PowerHouse

I am passionate about empowering women to succeed in MT, especially in small town MT.   I was born and raised in MT, living here my entire life.   I can’t imagine living anywhere else.   I have three beautiful daughters, ages 23, 17 and 13.  I want them to grow up knowing they can do anything they set their minds on, without restrictions or boundaries.   Sky is the limit as long as you have a good foundation, strong work ethic and a desire to be successful!  I’ve owned my own homecare agency in Billings since 2011.   I started out with 6 employees and have since grown my business to employ over 145 women (4 men) in Yellowstone County alone.  My agency is also listed as #5 in our nationwide SYNERGY HomeCare franchise, beating out cities such as Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA and Denver, CO.    I’ve been a member of Junior League of Billings since 2011.   Our league has been successful in building a shelter for runaway teens in Billings, a local children’s museum and our 2016 project is focusing on building a local free laundry mat for homeless persons in our community.

I would like to learn more about empowering strong minded, success driven women not only in Billings, but in small towns across MT.
