rural community development, economic development, researcher, community organizing, event planning, grant writing
I have more than 10 years’ experience in community organizing and community engagement, working with all different types of communities on numerous social policy issues. Most recently, I was in rural eastern Kentucky researching community development in distressed Appalachian communities. I am currently managing the grant department and the operation of the Montana Community Foundation. I graduated summa cum laude from Portland State with a bachelor’s degree in American History and I also holds a master’s degree in Public Administration (Nonprofit Management and Rural Community Development) from Morehead State University.
How I Want to Participate in PowerHouse
I would love the opportunity to grow as a leader and connect with other leaders across the state.
