Leadership Experience

I am a partner in the Helena Government Affairs and Litigation Departments. I have experience as a trial attorney and director of government affairs for clients in areas of taxation, natural resources, healthcare, banking, tourism and non-profit. After graduating law school, I clerked for U.S. District Judge Don Molloy in 1999 and served as the Chief Legal Counsel for Governor Marc Racicot from 1999-2001. In 2001, I joined the law firm of Browning, Kaleczyc, Berry and Hoven and was a partner representing various governmental affairs and litigation clients during my nine years at the firm. Since joining Crowley Fleck in 2009, my principal areas of practice are government affairs and insurance defense litigation. I chair the government affairs practice group at Crowley Fleck.

I am currently President of the Montana Chamber of Commerce Board and have been on the board for 5 years. I am also an appointed member of the Supreme Court’s Access to Justice Task Force and an appointed member to the Governor’s Equal Pay Task Force.

How I Want to Participate in PowerHouse

I want to use PowerHouse to connect with other women in leadership and to create opportunities for business development with women in leadership roles throughout Montana. The women I know in PowerHouse are strong, spirited and people that I know have made my life better and I look forward to working with more women through PowerHouse.
